Acai is a great summer breakfast, a tropical refreshing delight. I myself have it even when it isn’t summer. I love how it is also flexible, since you can put any desired toppings adjusted to your liking.

Açai: Açai has antioxidants that protect cells from damage. It can also lower blood sugar levels, reduce swelling, and help your immune system. Web MD
Strawberries: Strawberries contain antioxidants and vitamin C. They help your immune system, managing your blood sugar and lowering the possibility of getting sick. Web MD
Blackberries: Blackberries improve your vision, having vitamin A. They also help healthy skin, strengthen bones, and improve brain function. Facty Health
Blueberries: Blueberries are high in antioxidants, and they help brain function and memory. They improve digestion, since they have so much fiber. Facty Health
Yogurt: Yogurt is packed with nutrients such as phosphorus and potassium. It also contains vitamin B and calcium. Yogurt is also a great source of protein. 200 grams of yogurt contains 12 grams of protein. Facty Health
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen berry blend
- 1 cup frozen açai
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- Toppings (such as: cacao nibs, coconut manna, shredded coconut, peanut butter, and oats)

1. Pour in the cup of frozen açai into the blender

2. Add half a cup of frozen strawberries

3. Add half a cup of the frozen berry blend

4. Add two tablespoons of yogurt

5. Blend

6. Place mixture in a bowl

7. Smoothen the mixture

8. Add in desired toppings

9. Enjoy!
